I spent all day today taking pictures, driving from place to place, listening to music in my car and singing at the top of my lungs. It was very centering and calming. I still can't seem to beat the urge to do something crazy, like throw rocks into large glass windows....cut down a giant redwood to feel the earth shake when it goes down....jump into, no wait, throw someone else into a freezing cold lake......something like that.

It's good to have place to find your muse, especially when life is out of control, uh, not that I ever have control.
